I want to let you in on what it has been like making a cooking show. The ups and down and some ways to go about getting on TV, this is not a easy journey but can be done with alot of hard work and effort. You also need to have a good product and find ways to go around the road blocks and also not make bad choices.

Healthy Reality Check

 

Everyday the reality of poor diets and unhealthy lifestyles slaps me in the face.  It has been a huge wake up call for me and if each of you could spend a day in my shoes I think we all would take our health more seriously.  I am a wound consultant in several facilities across the Tampa/St. Pete area and see patients with diabetes and arterial disease and see their devastating effects on life and limb literally.

Donna Potts born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, Growing up with dad having dinner
on the table everyday at 5:30. Mom didn't do much cooking maybe because dad is a
better cook. I, being close to my dad and always wanting to hang around him after he
came home from work to watch his techniques in the kitchen. This is when I began
experimenting with different dishes, adding a little of this and a little of that,
and I have to admit that it really paid off watching dad cook.
